These terms cover your use of the Purlbrook store and your purchases from it. Buying from us means you agree to them.

Orders

When you place an order, we'll confirm it by email. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order — for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error slipped through. Prices are in the store currency shown at checkout and may change, but never for an order you've already placed.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can — measurements, materials, battery behavior, the lot. Product photos show the actual product. Colors may render slightly differently on different screens.

Returns and refunds

Covered in our refund policy — the short version is 30 days, no drama.

What Purlbrook products are (and aren't)

Our fountains are home products for pet comfort and convenience. They are not veterinary devices, and nothing in this store is medical advice. If you're worried about your cat's health, please talk to your vet.

Intellectual property

The Purlbrook name, wordmark, store design, and copy are ours. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
