refund policy

If Purlbrook isn't working out — for you or for your cat — we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your fountain, for any reason. Cats are allowed to change their minds, and so are you. Email hello@purlbrook.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions within one business day.

The conditions (kept short)

The fountain should come back complete and in reasonable condition — used is fine, damaged is not. Return shipping is on us if the product arrived defective or damaged; otherwise the return label cost is deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once the return arrives, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done. If your fountain arrived damaged or stopped working within the return window, tell us — we'll usually just send a replacement and skip the whole return dance.
