Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment it ships.

Delivery

Standard delivery within the United States takes 4–7 business days from shipping. The exact estimate for your address shows at checkout. We currently ship within the US only.

If something goes wrong

Tracking stuck, box damaged, package missing — email hello@purlbrook.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier so you don't have to, and if a package is lost, we'll replace it.
