A filter element comes in the box, ready to go. We're adding replacement packs to the store — and the steel tray rinses clean in seconds meanwhile, so nothing builds up while you wait.

How does charging work?

A 4000mAh battery charges over USB-C — cable included, just like your phone. Once it's charged, there's no cord anywhere near her water.

Is it actually quiet?
